Synonymy: insulariella Opler 1971 (Acrocercops) - MONA 1983: 0691 Taxonomic Notes: Cryptolectica insulariella (Opler, 1971), n. comb., was formerly in the genus Acrocercops (Eiseman & Davis in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) 2023).
