Distribution: Type locality: California. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Megasis pullatella Ragonot, 1887 Taxonomic Notes: Megasis pullatella Ragonot, 1887 was formerly listed listed in the genus Sarata, a name synonymized with Megasis in Leraut (2021). This treatment was overlooked by Scholtens & Hayden (in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) 2023).
