Description/
Field Marks:
Upper surface of the hindwing and the abdomen distinctly ochreous (Neunzig 2003).
Similar Species:
  • Ambesa walsinghami (Ragonot, 1887)

Synonymy: Ambesa mirabella Dyar, 1908
Taxonomic Notes: Ambesa mirabella (Dyar, 1908) is elevated from subsp. of 5760 Ambesa walsinghami (Neunzig 2003).
