Description/ Field Marks: WS = ♂ 20-22 mm; ♀, 24-30 mm - Munroe (1970). Similar Species: Arta brevivalvalis is smaller, WS = ~17 mm. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: arizonensis Munroe, 1970 (Caphys) - MONA 1983: 5537
