and Size:
May - September flight period. ~ 20-25mm wingspan.
Similar Species:
  • See notes at 5148 - E. disparilis, am. line of hindwing is broken not continuous.

Synonymy: Pyralis fenestralis Hübner, [1796]

Taxonomic Notes: Epipagis fenestralis (Hübner, 1796) an unused senior synonym, replaces 5147 Epipagis huronalis (Guenée, 1854) in Munroe (1995).
