Larva and Host Plants: |
Celtis reticulata (hackberry) |
Description/ Field Marks: |
Tarsi banded. All wings white with gray shade of basal half of the ventral forewing costa, lacking in similar species. |
Similar Species: |
- Norape cretata (=N. ovina of authors) has white legs and is absent west of Texas.
- Norape virgo has black legs.
