Description/ Field Marks: Orange color of head typically extends to the thorax and dorsal margin of forewings and the anal area of the forewing is less infuscate than in other Niditinea species. Genitalia: See Metz et al. (2018). Similar Species: N. fuscella, orleansella and sabroskyi are best separated by dissection. Pinned specimens of related species.
