Distribution: Suggested by Heppner as a species straying into, but not breeding in, Florida. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: tucumana (Burmeister, 1878) (Helias) begga (Prittwitz, 1868) (Goniloba) extralim.; STRAY - MONA 1983: 3933 ssp. a. pyralina (Möschler, 1877) (Helias) (stray)  marginata Schaus, 1902 (Gorgythion)  vox of authors; not Evans, 1953 (Gorgythion) misid.
