Distribution: Introduced from Europe. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Ephippiphora montanana Duponchel, 1843 • Tortrix alpestrana Herrich-Schäffer, 1851 • Hemimene blasiana Kennel, 1919 • Dichrorampha herbosana Barrett, 1872 • Hemimene modestana Müller-Rutz, 1922 • Hemimene olivacea Müller-Rutz, 1934 • Dichrorampha tanaceti Stainton, 1857 Taxonomic Notes: Dichrorampha montanana (Duponchel, 1843) is now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico, discovered in NA by Pohl et al. (in prep.), in their work on the Lepidoptera of Canada and AK.
