Taxonomic Notes: Eucosmomorpha nearctica Miller, 2001 n. sp., includes as a synonym 3399.1 Eucosmomorpha albersana of authors; (not Hübner, [1813]), J. Lepid. Soc. 55: 83.
This synonymy was overlooked in Pohl et al. (2016) which listed E. albersana as introduced.
