Distribution: Canada: NL. Similar Species: 3200.1 Epiblema arctica Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: sticticana Fabricius 1794 (Pyralis); Type locality: England brunichana Fabricius 1787 (Pyralis) farfarae Fletcher 1938 (Eucosma) kemnerana Lewin 1942 (Epiblema) melstediana Larsen 1927 (Epiblema) quadratana Eversmann 1844 (Epiblema) Taxonomic Notes: Epiblema sticticana (Fabricius, 1794) is now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico in Gilligan et al. (2020), Insects, 11(9), 594: 1-59. A single specimen from Canada was collected in Gros Morne National Park in Newfoundland in 2009.
