Distribution: USA: FL north to ME and west to MS (Wright & Gilligan 2023). Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: exacerbatricana Heinrich, 1923 (Epiblema) - MONA 1983: 3183; Holotype: North Carolina, Southern Pines.
