Distribution: Type locality: Wisconsin. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Choreutis extrincicella Dyar, 1900 • Choreutis extrinsecella Meyrick, 1913 Taxonomic Notes: Pseudocaloreas extrincicella (Dyar, 1900), n. comb. (Heppner 2021), was formerly in the genus Prochoreutis.
