Distribution: Eastern Canada and northeastern US. Western population may refer to Z. arizonica.Type locality: Wenonah, NJ.
Description/
Field Marks:
Wingspan: ~12 mm.
Similar Species:
  • Zelleria arizonica Braun, 1940 is larger, wingspan: 16-17.5 mm. Size may not be diagnostic.
  • Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.)
Synonymy: Zelleria haimbachi Busck, 1915
