Larva and Host Plants: Pinus strlbus. Similar Species: Ocnerostoma piniariella Zeller, 1847 may not be seperable by genitalia but is separated by DNA barcode. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: strobivorum Freeman, 1961 (Ocnerostoma) - MONA 1983: 2410; Holotype: Constance Bay, Ontario.
