Distribution: Texas, Chihuahuan scrub areas of the western end of the Valley, ZooKeys, 711: 110. Genitalia: See Matson et al. (2019), ZooKeys, 846: 75–116. Similar Species: 2404.1 Lactura rubritegula Matson, known from Tamualipan communities of the lower eastern Rio Grande Valley, tends to have am. spots smaller and red basal streak shorter but dissection is required. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Lactura nalli Matson & Wagner, 2019 Taxonomic Notes: Enaemia nalli (Matson & Wagner, 2019), n. sp., ZooKeys, 846: 107, n. comb. in Heppner (2019), was formerly in the genus Lactura.
