Distribution: Type locality: Palm Beach, FL. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Aproaerema crotolariella Busck, 1900 • Syncopacma crotalariella Hodges, 1983 Taxonomic Notes: Aproaerema crotolariella Busck, 1900, misspelled as crotalariella in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist), n. comb. inferred by Aarvik, et al. (2017) and formalized by Lee & Landry in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) (2023), was formerly in the genus Syncopacma.
