Larva and Host Plants: Malus sylvestris (Apple) Similar Species: Filatima pseudacaciella (Chambers, 1872) is highly variable; best distinguished by genitalia, DNA, host plant. Filatima serotinella (Busck, 1903) is highly variable; best distinguished by genitalia, DNA, host plant. Pinned specimens of related species.
