Distribution: Northeastern US and eastern Canada. Distribution map includes Coleotechnites nr. macleodi (see Duncan (2006), p. 60), a western needleminer of Tsuga heterophylla (Wetern Hemlock) found in the Pacific Northwest which may be conspecific.
Holotype: Twin Elm, Ontario.

Tsuga canadensis (Eastern Hemlock)
