Synonymy: |
fistula Harvey, 1878 (Tricholita) - MONA 1983: 10630ulamora Smith, 1911 (Tricholita) TL: San Diego, CA. Note: T. fistula was described as "olivaceous, not tinged with red". The synonym ulamora Smith was originally described from San Diego as a species similar to fistula but with reddish brown primaries. It may prove to be a good subspecies or possibly even a full species. Specimens collected by Norris Bloomfield from San Diego County which seem to match the original description are placed in a BIN group narrowly separated from the BIN for fistula |
