Description/
Field Marks:
Female darker, especially hind wings; "This species is unique among Lacinipolia in havinga black streak along the inner margin below the basaldash. This character, in combination with the reddishbrown tinge of fore wing, should prove quite diagnostic." (Selman 1975)
Similar Species:

      Type locality: Lectotype: Huachua Mts., AZ.
