Synonymy: sareta (Smith, 1906) (Mamestra) Taxonomic Notes: Lacinipolia sareta (Smith, 1906), formerly treated as a subspecies of Lacinipolia vicina (Grote, 1874), is raised to full species status in Schmidt (2015), ZooKeys. 527: 107, 115.
