Synonymy: dunbari Harvey 1876 (Hadena) - MONA 1983: 10151; Type locality: Holotype: Canada, British Columbia, Vancouver Island Taxonomic Notes: Sympistis dunbari: Formerly placed in the genus Oncocnemis.
