Larva and Host Plants: Leaf miner of Ceanothus oliganthus. (see references) -- Host familiy: Rhamnaceae.  Host genera: Ceanothus.  Notes: miner (Braun 1972).  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025) Description/ Field Marks: Forewings gray, with clouded aspect; scales of scape very long; expanse 10-11 mm (Braun 1972). Similar Species: 23a0002 Tischeria ceanothi 23a0003 Tischeria immaculata Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: ambigua Braun, 1915 (Tischeria) - MONA 1983: 169; TL: Fredalba, San Bernardino Co., CA.
