Distribution: Type locality: Quartzsite, Yuma Co., AZ. Description/ Field Marks: See Todd et al. (1984). Genitalia: See Todd et al. (1984). Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Acontia semiatra Smith, 1902 Taxonomic Notes: "Aleptina" semiatra: Formerly placed in the genus Acontia. Placement in the genus Aleptina is provisional, ZooKeys. 40: 138.
