Taxonomic Notes: |
Spilonota laricana (Heinemann, 1863) is now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico in Handfield (2002). The presence is NA is confirmed in Gilligan et al. (2020) but it is unclear if the report in Handfield (2002) does in fact refer to laricana or S. ocellana. |
