  • Aulacodes cf. aechmialis Guenée, 1854 (TL: Cayenne) has male genitalia matching the illustration by Lange (1956) of "Aulacodes aechmialis". The original descriptions of aechmialis and it's synonym Hydrophysa plumipedalis Hampson, 1895 (TL: Grenada) seem to somewhat match. The original description and illustration of Paraponyx bosoralis Druce, 1896 (TL:Guatemala), another synonym, do not match.
