  • Leucania dorsalis Walker, 1856 is now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico from Florida in Dickel (1991), Trop. Lepid., 2(1): 57. This is common species overlooked due to its similarity to 10457 Leucania infatuans Franclemont, 1972
