Bellura anoa. This species has been treated as a southern race of obliqua, a borer in cattail (Typha). B. anoa, however, is a borer in Sagittaria, and apparently ranges at least as far north as Massachusetts. It is a distinct species, and there is a possibility that B. brehmei (Barnes & McDunnough, 1916) will ultimately prove to be a junior synonym of B. anoa. [Contributed by Eric L. Quinter].
